As of May 15, 2024, we will be implementing a price increase across our product lines. This decision was made after careful consideration of two key factors:
- GST Registration: We are now required to register for GST, which will be charged on all customer invoices moving forward. To minimize the impact, we are absorbing some of the cost by increasing prices by less than 15% on select product lines.
- Increased Running Costs: As we continue to grow, we recognize the need to expand our team to maintain our high standards of customer service, quality assurance, and new product design. This investment will enable us to continue delivering exceptional products and experiences for you.
