Orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Auckland, New Zealand.
At this stage we are an online store only and do not have a showroom or physical stores

Standard dispatch (in-stock items)
Orders are packed once a week on Thursdays. Orders placed before 10am (NZT) on Thursday are packed the same day / Orders placed after 10am are packed the following Thursday. For urgent orders we have paid upgrade options, see below.

Delivery timeframes are in addition to packing time and vary by location.

Busy season dispatch
During busy periods (such as new collection releases or the lead-up to church gatherings), our dispatch schedule may change.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of order placement.
Processing times may be extended by up to 5 business days during peak busy periods. We’ll always do our best to communicate any extended delays clearly.

Urgent order upgrades (paid)
If you need your order sooner, paid urgent upgrades are available at checkout.

You can choose from:
Urgent pickup – order ready for pickup within 1–2 business days
Urgent dispatch – order packed and shipped within 1–2 business days

All urgent orders are fulfilled on a best-efforts basis.
If we’re unable to meet the stated timeframe, your urgent upgrade fee will be refunded.

Preorder items
Preorder items have varying dispatch dates, as we often have multiple shipments arriving at different times.

The expected dispatch timeframe for each preorder item is shown on the product page, directly above the Preorder / Add to Cart button

Orders containing preorder items will be dispatched once the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated.
