Our Shipping Policy
Our orders are prepared by a stay-at-home Mum with a toddler.. please exercise patience! We recommend allowing 1-3 days processing time for orders to be dispatched. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays. Orders placed after Wednesday may be dispatched early the following week.
Due to our products being luxury goods and of a delicate nature, all parcels require a signature on delivery to ensure they are delivered into the right hands. This prevents your parcel from being left when you are not home and thus prevents theft and weather damage.
If a product arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work through the required procedure with the shipping provider
