Returns & Exchanges
At Olympia we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If an item doesn't match, isn't quite what you had in mind, or you're not happy with it in any way, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery of your order*
*Excludes custom designed products, imperfect products / seconds, final sale products as well as items from our outlet (unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly described).
Note, refunds exclude shipping costs on your initial order.
Exchanges: If you require shipping for an exchange item we will need to charge for this in addition to the original order, as well as any difference in price for the items exchanged.
Requesting returns / exchanges - First steps
Check your returns meet the following criteria
- In original condition, unworn and undamaged
- In original packaging and with tags attached (or as supplied)
If the items do not meet the above criteria your return or exchange request may be denied
Request your return or exchange
All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to sending product back. This helps avoid disappointment if any items are unable to be returned or exchanged. You can submit a return request using one of the following methods -
Self-service returns:
Log in to your customer account. Navigate to your order history, select the order that you want to submit the return for, select the item/s you want to return or exchange, then click submit
Assisted returns:
Contact our helpdesk by clicking on the help icon on the bottom right of your screen. Provide your order number and details on what product/s you would like to return/exchange, and we will process your return request for you
Approved returns / exchanges - Next steps
Package product/s to be returned
Package your items for return, ensuring you include your name and order number in the package.
Be sure to package item/s carefully so the product and the original packaging does not get damaged in transit. Please take special care with any scarves so as to avoid creasing and crumpling them. Refunds or exchanges are dependent on the item/s being received in good order and condition.

Arrange your courier or postal service
Returns shipping is at your own expense. We highly recommend you use a track and trace service as Olympia does not take responsibility for goods whilst in transit.
Processing returns / exchanges - Final steps
Notification of receipt of your return/exchange
When we receive your returned items, you'll receive an email to let you know
Inspection of returned item/s
The item/s returned will then be inspected to ensure they qualify for refund or exchange. This criteria includes meeting the returns deadline and both product and packaging are in suitable condition.
Returns approved for refund - Payout of your refund
Once your return has been approved, your refund will then be processed. You credit will be processed using your original payment method.
Please note, if item/s you returned do not meet our return criteria your refund may be denied
Returns approved for exchange - Processing of your exchange
We will update your order to reflect the exchange item/s and calculate shipping charges if required. We will be in touch if any additional payment is required. Your exchange item/s will be shipped once payment has been received
