Returns/Exchanges - Current Collection products

At Olympia we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason an item is not what you expected or you are unhappy with it in any way, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving your order. This excludes all custom designed items as well as items from our Outlet (unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly described).

We cannot hold items for online exchanges sorry. If you wish to exchange your purchase, we recommend purchasing the new item to secure it first before returning your original item for a refund. 

Returns/Exchanges - Outlet or Final Sale products

Items from our Outlet or items labelled Final Sale may not be returned unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly described. We do not accept exchanges for Outlet or Final Sale items.

Before you request a return

Check - are the item/s;

  • In original condition, unworn and undamaged
  • In original packaging and with tags attached (or as supplied)

How to request a return

All Returns must be approved prior to sending product back by emailing returns@olympiathelabel.com. This will help avoid disappointment if your item is unable to be returned.

Once your return has been approved

Package item/s to be returned

Please package item/s carefully so the product and the original packaging does not get damaged in transit. Please take special care with any scarve/s so as to avoid creasing and crumpling them. Refunds or exchanges are dependent on the item/s being received in good order and condition.

Arrange your courier or postal service

Returns shipping is at your own expense. We highly recommend you use a track and trace service as Olympia does not take responsibility for goods whilst in transit.

Wait for notification of receipt

Once your return item/s are received, we will send you an email to let your know. The item/s will then be inspected to ensure they qualify for a refund. 

Receive your credit for approved returns

Once your return has been approved (ensuring it meets the returns deadline and both product and packaging are in acceptable condition), your refund will then be processed. You credit will then be processed using your original payment method.

Please note, if item/s you returned do not meet our return criteria your refund may be denied and the items may be returned to you.
