I have long since admired the works of Henri Matisse - from his brave use of colour and unique and interesting colour combinations, to the abstract nature of his works that has them feeling as current as though they were painted yesterday.

His 'Landscape at Collioure' painting drew me in with its artful brushwork and beautiful combination of colours and I just knew it would make a beautiful scarf! Many hours later, I managed to create not just one but 6 different colourways using this stunning artwork. The most true to life coloured artwork is featured in the Elodie - Sunny Seaside scarf - all the other Elodie versions have had the colouring modified in order to create different colour schemes. I hope you love the Matisse series scarves as much as I enjoyed designing them!
